疫情期入境英国须知

为方便各位老师解释近期入境英国注意事项，特此总节，具体细节以英国政府官网公布为准。

2、Before you leave for the UK
You’ll need to:
· complete a passenger locator form
· provide proof of a negative coronavirus test
Fill in your passenger locator form
填写入境表格(Passenger Locator Form)
入境者需要在入境英国前 48 小时内填写英国入境表格。若没有填写，可能会被处罚或禁止入境。入境表格填写链接如下;
If any of your information changes after you have submitted your form, for example your travel details or contact information, you must complete a new form.表格递交后不可以修改，如需要更新内容，你需要重新填写。
You cannot currently enter the UK if you’ve been in or through a country on the banned travel list (sometimes known as the ‘red list’) in the last 10 days, unless you’re British, Irish or you have the right to live in the UK.
入境者如果在近十天内有去过"Banned List"国家或者从"Banned List国家过境，将有可能不被允许进入英国，所以建议学生尽量从中国直飞，不建议转机。"Red list" 国家名单请见如下链接

在离境前预定2次新冠病毒检测，以便在你入境后的隔离期进行检测。

Provide a negative coronavirus test to travel to the UK
提供新冠病毒阴性检测报告，11岁以下儿童不需要提供此报告
The test must be taken in the 3 days before you depart. The results must be in English, French or Spanish.检测报告须在登机日期前三天以内做出。此报告必须是以英语，法语，西班牙语表述的原件。Translations will not be accepted.不接受翻译件You must provide the original test result notification. It must include the following information:
报告需包含以下信息∶
your name，which should match the name on your travel documents 姓名（需和护照一致）。 your date of birth or age出生日期或年龄
the result of the test 检测结果
the date the test sample was collected or received by the test provider 样本采集时间或检测机构收到样本时间。
the name of the test provider and their contact details 检测机构的名称和联系方式
confirmation of the device used for the test，or that the test was a PCR test检测方式名称或 PCR检测
If the test result does not include this information you may not be able to board, and may not be able to travel to England. If you arrive without a test result that includes this information,you might have to pay a E500 fine
如果您无法提供证明核酸检测证明或者核酸检测没有包含以上信息，则可能被罚款500 英镑。

If you do not travel in or through a country on the banned travel list
If you do not travel in or through a country on the list in the 10 days before you arrive in England, you’ll need to quarantine in the place you’re staying. Find out how to quarantine and book your coronavirus tests.如果从非禁止列表入境英国，你需要自我隔离10天You may be able to end your quarantine early by booking a third coronavirus test through Test to Release.

If you travel in or through a country on the banned travel list (sometimes called the ‘red list’) in those 10 days you will need to quarantine in a managed quarantine hotel. If you do not travel in or through a country on the banned travel list in those 10 days you will need to quarantine in the place you’re staying.If you have not arranged a quarantine package prior to your arrival in England, you face a penalty of up to £4,000 and will still have to pay for your quarantine package on arrival.
